Job Responsibilities 

Pennoni is currently looking for a Civil/Land Development Division Manager with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • The position requires a person of sound, technical, and managerial skills.
  • Guides project managers and staff in managing multi-disciplined projects, assuring a high quality of work is done by staff.
  • Nurtures existing client relationships and develops new clients.
  • Ensures effective billing practices within division.
  • Markets Pennoni's abilities to acquire new projects.
  • Generally, time allocation as follows:
    • Managing Projects - 30%
    • Client Management - 40%
    • Training Staff - 10%
    • Ability to Lead and Manage Locally Administered Transportation Projects - 20%
  • Responsible for business development, project management, quality, staffing, personnel, client relations, financial performance, business plans, etc.
  • Responsible for the performance of strategic growth of the services; ensuring profitability; quality and maintaining an excellent reputation. Effective business development and organization management of leadership are critical.
  • Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.


Job Requirements

Required Attributes: 

  • Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in Site Engineering.
  • Educations Required: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Licenses Required: P.E. License
  • Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D Preferred
