Job Responsibilities

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking an Graduate Landscape Architect was experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Public and private sector land development projects including parks and recreation projects, trail and greenway planning, and commercial redevelopment projects in urban and suburban settings.
  • Prepare land development documents
  • Review landscape plans, and planning services
  • Preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details and applications
  • Limited field inspection
  • Work with other Staff Landscape Architects to assist in the development of designs, permitting, and construction plans for land development and municipal projects

 

Job Requirements

Required Attributes

  • Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.
  • Minimum years of experience: 0-3 years of related experience
  • Computer skills required: AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Attributes

  • Working knowledge of modeling programs like Sketchup, Lumion, and Review are preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS is preffered but not required
  • Applicant should have experience from developing large-scale master planning to detail construction documentation
  • Experience preparing site, grading, and planting plans
