Job Responsibilities

Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a QA/QC Manager with experience consistent with, but not limited to:

  • Manage the quality programs for Construction Engineering region
  • Disciplines include
    • Special Inspections, Construction Materials Engineering & Testing, Laboratory Testing of Construction Materials, Transportation Construction Management and Inspection, Bridge Fabrication Inspection, and Geotechnical Engineering
  • Maintain quality manuals, accreditation and certifications, quality documentation and records, which include internal/external equipment calibrations and maintenance reports
  • Perform field, office and laboratory audits
  • Liaison with regulatory agencies
  • Assist with training and certification
  • Provide quality consulting services


Job Requirements

Required Attributes

  • Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum years of experience: 4-7
  • Minimum years of management experience: 0-3
  • Licenses: Quality certification (i.e. ASQ, ISO, or similar) is a plus but not required 
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and windows
