Job Description

Pennoni is currently looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator to perform the following but not limited to:

  • Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors including Office Director, Engineers, Technicians, and other Admin Assistants in the office
  • Supporting the Project Managers with accounting and procurement processes, timesheet review, and invoice follow-up
  • Preparing word and spreadsheet documentation, photocopying, filing, scheduling of meeting rooms usage, and other general administrative functions as needed
  • Managing calendars, scheduling, and supplies
  • Assembling and working with confidential information
  • Working on special projects when necessary, typing proposals, facilitating luncheons and meetings, serve as a liaison to employees, and all other administrative related support for a consulting engineering services provider
  • Managing general office duties typical of a receptionist such as answering routine phone correspondence and acting as a liaison between visitors and employees


Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years related experience
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Attributes:

  • Financial background a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with DelTek or a similar program
