Pennoni Associates is currently looking for a Assistant Survey Manager with experience consistent, but not limited to:

  • Assisting with project management
  • Managing staff
  • QA/QC Survey work product
  • Client relations

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Required education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum years of working experience: 8-12
  • Minimum years of management experience (if any): 4-7
  • Computer skills required: AutoCAD C3D, Leica survey equipment and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Licenses Required: Professional Land Surveyor in DE 

Preferred Attributes

  • Competent managing Survey aspect of Civil and Transportation projects.
  • Experience with survey projects including construction stakeout, property boundary, topo surveys, roadway surveys, GPS, etc. 
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and contractors at kick-off meetings or on as-needed basis.
  • QA/QC survey plans, worksheets, field edits of completed plans prior to issuing as final for design use.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HD Laser Scanning and GIS
  • Ability to work within AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation/InRoads
  • Professional Land Surveyor in MD and PA (if Licensed only in DE, willing to pursue MD PLS)
